it doesn’t seem like it, but you’ll always have my heart. you’ll always be my girl.
yo
it’s been a while
I haven’t really talked about it anywhere, but I have made some huge breakthroughs when it comes to weight and loving my body. I went to a wellness doctor and found out I had all these allergies to different foods and I had been consuming foods that my body was not liking and it was leaking toxins into my body. As a result, even when I worked out, I wasn’t losing any weight.
So once I got all THAT straightened out, my body started to heal itself and I began to lose weight. I have lost around 15 pounds if going off my highest weight (around 148). So to be down 15 pounds in around 4 months is a great feeling. I would like to be around 125, and then work on gaining more muscle, which is also happening in this weight loss adventure.
But regardless, I thought I would share with a select few. It feels good to be happy with my body and know I am capable of anything :)
